A Cambridge United supporting father and son groundhopping duo from Havant in Hampshire. As heard on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Non League Football Show, featured in FourFourTwo magazine (July 2015), Sky Sports News (08/12/15), The News, Portsmouth (29/01/16) and The Daily Star (01/03/16).

15/04/2016 – Liam has been nominated for for ‘Mirror Football Fan of Year’ in the 2016 Facebook Football Awards.

08/12/2015 – After nearly 2 and a half years of “hopping” Liam recorded his 100th ground with a trip to Alton Town’s Bass Sports Ground. Their 4-0 victory over East Cowes Sports in the Sydenhams Football League First Division was their final game at the ground before their move a few hundred yards up the road a week later.

June 2015– Hopper & Son will be proud sponsors of Horndean players Robbie Pittman and Nathan Kirby for the duration of the 2015/16 season. Horndean are members of the Sydenhams Football League Premier Division and finished in 11th place in 2014/15. We look forward to following their progress and paying a visit or two to Five Heads Park during the coming campaign.

  1. My son and I are almost at 50 stadiums. Great site by the way and a great record for you and your son to look back on. I keep a record on Facebook and I also keep all tickets and photos in scrap books which are filling up nicely. Happy hunting. Kev
